Project Management
Turnkey project management is key of success in every operation. From planning to execution our project managers can relieve our clients. For the best price customizing in line with safety regulations and operational risk we manage all internal disciplines to stay inline with budget.
Project Planning
Part of the project management is a good preparation to drawn up the scoop with all workflows.If you consider that Maasdelta Turnaround Services would be your dedicated partner than also consider to implement this service in an early stage prior the project.We have experienced TA managers in our company who can fulfill this full or part time at your office.
Mechanical engineering & executing
In our office in Pernis-Rotterdam we have experts in inventing, designing, improving and maintaining machines, constructions and processes. This in the marine, onshore and offshore sectors.
Hi skills in maintaining and repairing rotating equipment, pumps and other equipment in the fully equipped workshop with enough crane capacity.
To execute turnarounds at site our mechanics with approved safety certificates have experience to dismantle equipment in challenging situations.
Electrical engineering & executing
In our office in Pernis-Rotterdam we provide a wide range of repair services on electrical systems. The switchboard department is specialized in the design and manufacture of power switchboards, distribution and section panels.
Parts supply
In the preparation and at sight during the turnarounds it will be visible which parts will be needed. Our in house parts department has direct lines with OEMâs and in cases when OEMâs failed to deliver we have many alternative sources to supply parts.
Vertical transport
For safe operations cranes are essential for the project. With our professionals we provide a complete lifting plan and needed riggers.Maasdelta Turnaround Services BV. has an innovative vision on vertical transport to reduce cost and emission reduction.
Maasdelta Turnaround Services has an own fleet of mobile cranes and qualified riggers and has worldwide network of major crane rental companies.
When the customer has a window contract with a crane rental company we will respect this. Other then this if cranes are needed outside of our fleet we can rent cranes by different providers.
To reduce maneuvers thus reduce CO2 local crane rental companies will be consulted and electric cranes are preferred.
Maasdelta has a range 100% electric zero emission pick and carry cranes. This cranes can be used on field work on the ground. More and more customers discover the benefits of this machines. It support riggers to move rotating equipment and handyman at the laydown and groundwork.
Equipment supply
Maasdelta Turnaround Services BV can deliver all kinds of rental equipment.
All sizes of aerial platforms, scissor platforms, lighting towers, power packs, gen sets, you name it we have it.
Rigging
Riggers are the eyes of the crane operator and more and more important for smooth operations.
Part of our certified riggers are also mechanic engineers and to reduce cost in less complicated situations he/she can play both roles at the same time.
How We Work
In consultation with our client we study the scope of work and determine our services in safety plan, lift plans, equipment needs and manpower. Based on this data we make our quotation and stay within time and budget by monitoring.
Turnarounds needs a high quality standard preparation in some scopes more than a year. On request we can relieve our customer and can play a role in project planning.
Communication is key in the process for the smooth running of the project and therefore web based ICT will be used or integrated in the customers system.
Safety first quality always will be the aim for the project from A-Z.

As an intermediate QHSE expert, you continue to work yourself to a higher level in our business. You yourself get the opportunity to start your HBO training after the round. He is the point of contact for our clients in the petrochemical industry and coaches and instructs our professionals on-site. We further brought our business certification to a higher level and became the point of contact for the auditors. It archives the certificates of the hygiene products and controls the materials.

Student Driver m/f
For our pick & carry cranes we are looking for an apprentice machinist who can grow to a qualified machinist TCVT WO1. A number of our pick & carry cranes remain under 10tm and there is no engineering required to operate the crane. But according to our mission âsafety first, quality alwaysâ we operate these machines with certified machinists. Do you have experience with the problems of children and would you like to take a step? Then we would like to come into conversation with you.
